We sell our beef on the hoof.
  Authentic Beef will facilitate getting it
  transported and prepared for harvest.
  Once your beef is to the point of
  hanging in the cooler, the hanging hot
  weight can be determined and an
  invoice generated. Your beef will then
  go through a dry aging process that
  requires 14-21 days. Once the aging
  process is complete your beef will
  be cut and wrapped.
  The meat is then flash frozen as
  preparation for storage in your freezer.
  It can then be transported to your
  home or you can pick it up at a central
  location convenient for several
  customers.
